There’s a good chance that right now there are loquat trees with ripe fruit in your neighborhood at risk of going unharvested this year.
Help us prevent food waste and increase food access in the Sacramento area by notifying us of these trees so that our resident led neighborhood harvest groups can glean and donate the fruit back to their community, or to people in need from throughout the region through and their extensive network of food access partner agencies.
For more information contact Edible City Coordinator, Dominic Allamano, at dallamano[at]soilborn.org or (916) 363-9685.
